Zero Point System
By arranging multiple zero-point clamping chucks in an array on the machine table, the locating clamping studs are pulled tightly into the chucks, enabling quick changeover with repeatability better than 0.005 mm.
Each individual chuck provides a clamping force of up to 15,000 N when pressure is applied.
This system significantly increases effective machining time and, when integrated with robotic handling, fully supports automated production requirements.

Self-Centering Vise
Widely used for precision machining on 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis machines.
Features dual-direction self-centering, with repeatability better than 0.01 mm, allowing five-side machining in a single setup.
The jaws are customizable to suit different workpiece geometries.
Reserved threaded base holes are provided for installing auxiliary locating devices, enabling flexible mounting on different working surfaces.

5-Axis CNC Rotary Table
